If you haven’t heard, Brandy, Eve, and Naturi Naughton are returning to television to star the new ABC drama, Queens. The show was picked up last week after a positive response to its pilot episode.
According to ABC, the show follows four “estranged and out-of-touch women in their 40s who reunite for a chance to recapture their fame and regain the swagger they had as the Nasty Bitches—their ‘90s group that made them legends in the hip-hop world.”
The show stars Eve as Brianna aka Professor Sex, Naturi Naughton as Jill aka Da Thrill, Brandy as Naomi aka Xplicit Lyrics, and Nadine Velazquez as Valeria aka Butter Pecan.
The show will air this fall for the 2021-2022 television season. Check out the first trailer below:
