Last fall, Virginia rapper GoldLink released an incredibly slept on album And After That, We Didn’t Talk that spanned musical influences way beyond his 20-something years on the planet. One song in particular, “Dark Skin Women,” is reminiscent of early ’90s club/house/dance music that would make 40-something former club kids start throwing their hands in the air.
